Do you have some product ideas that you want to create and market? You could use the makerspace to develop and even manufacture on a small scale.

The Valley Makerspace offers a variety of workshops and classes, year round, on all aspects of our tools and equipment.

Tools and Equipment:
Woodworking:
CNC router, power saws (table, band, mitre, radial arm), sanders (belt, disc, surface), jointer planer, drill press, Dremel/ woodcarving equipment, hand tools, etc.
Metal:
metal lathe, drill press, cutoff saw, welder, grinders, vices
Laser Cutter: Thunder Laser with Lightburn software
3D printers
Electronics repair/fabrication workbench
Textiles: Sewing machines, sergers, fabrics
Indoor gardening
Leatherworking: currently being developed
Glass Fusion equipment: currently being developed
Membership gets you:
- 24/7 access (after vetting period)
- Use of tools and equipment
- Guidance, camaraderie
- Free or discounted courses
Membership costs you:
- $50 per month regular
- $30 per month for seniors/low income
- $100 per month corporate (3 people)
- New members get 3 months for the price of 2
Drop in to have a look and discuss joining:
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Tuesday Evenings from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
